Long-Term Strategy and New Chart Layers

A major update: a dedicated section for working with long-term directional ideas is now available — from selecting coins to managing a portfolio, while new analytical layers have also been added to cluster charts. The application can now also be installed separately on a phone or computer.

What’s new:

  • Long-Term Directional Strategy — a new section with a complete workflow across four tabs: “Screener” for selecting coins using filters, “Selection” for deeper analysis of the selected list, “Management” for managing the portfolio, and “Strategy” — an integrated guide with tips and educational tours. Subscribers have access to all tabs; guests can explore “Screener” and “Strategy”.
  • Coin lists for analysis — coins can be collected into session lists, created, switched, and deleted, while the Aires assistant can automatically populate a list based on the current market regime.
  • New cluster chart layers — market phases, flow metrics, reversal points, and market cycles directly on the chart, with separate visibility toggles for each element.
  • Install as an application — the website can now be installed on a phone or computer and opened from a separate icon like a regular application.
  • System notifications for notes — when an idea is created, updated, or closed, a system notification is sent with the direction of the idea.
  • Button tooltips — action buttons now have tooltips, including unavailable buttons, making it easier to understand what they are for.

What we improved:

  • The period summary now shows total volume — displayed alongside price change and volatility.

Trade Trust Updates in Real Time

The Trade Trust layer on charts now updates in real time.

What’s new:

  • Trade Trust in real time — on cluster charts and long-term strategy charts, the Trade Trust layer updates as new data arrives without requiring a page refresh. Available to authenticated users with the appropriate access.

Price Forecast on the Cluster Chart

The main update is a new price movement forecast directly on the cluster chart: a cloud of probable trajectories with a median line and the expected movement percentage near the latest bar.

What’s new:

  • Price Forecast — an optional layer on the cluster chart showing where and with what probability the price may move: a cloud of probable trajectories, a median line, and the expected movement percentage next to the latest bar. It takes market phases, flow confidence, and volume pressure into account.
  • Available in multiple places — on the cluster page, including simulator mode, in the Directional Longterm strategy panel, and in the chart modal from the performance section. It is enabled with a single toggle, just like Trade State.
  • Clear loading status — if forecast data is not yet available or is still loading, this is shown directly on the chart instead of leaving an empty space.

Market Phases and Affiliate Program

A major update: a complete set of “Market Phases” tools, a full affiliate program with withdrawals, and a number of improvements to the Directional Longterm strategy.

What’s new:

  • Market Phases — a new tool that marks market phases across multiple timeframes and displays them as a ribbon below the chart together with flow direction. It includes statistics for each phase, liquidity and volatility indicators, while the phases also help refine the price forecast. Enabled with a separate toggle.
  • Compact and detailed phase tooltip — a switch directly in the phase controller lets you choose how much information to display when hovering.
  • Affiliate program — a full affiliate program with withdrawals, including registration charts from your referral link, program analytics, and income forecasts.
  • Promo codes and campaigns — an expanded promo code page with campaign creation and archiving, clear success or error notifications, and income forecasts.
  • Phase controller in the strategy — a Market Phases tool has been added to the Directional Longterm panel next to Trade State and the price forecast.

Forecast Became More Accurate and Gained Confidence Scoring

An update focused on the price forecast: confidence scoring based on historical data, a forecast dynamics ribbon below the chart, and a forecast model recalibrated using historical data.

What’s new:

  • Forecast confidence score — a percentage confidence label displayed separately for long and short directions. It is calculated based on how often similar forecasts were confirmed in the past, without looking into the future, with additional details in the tooltip.
  • Forecast dynamics ribbon — a ribbon below the chart showing how the forecast percentage changes from bar to bar: upward in green when the forecast moves positive and downward in red when it moves negative. Its height corresponds to the percentage shown in the forecast cloud, with probable corridor boundaries.
  • Everything is enabled together — when the forecast is enabled, both the confidence score and dynamics ribbon appear automatically. There is no need to click three separate toggles.
  • The forecast is available in the chart modal and management section, not only on the cluster page.
  • Phase ribbon timeframe settings — unnecessary timeframes can be disabled. Their rows disappear from the ribbon, while the ribbon height adjusts to the remaining timeframes.
  • Flow values in Trade Trust — current confidence values for volume and trades are now displayed next to the regime label. The label is now opaque and no longer allows the chart line to show through.
  • Trade Trust shared scale toggle — when disabled, each line is scaled according to its own range.

Closed Ideas History in the Strategy

The main addition is a new “History” tab in the Directional Longterm strategy: a list of closed ideas, each of which can be expanded into a full cluster chart with the price forecast.

What’s new:

  • “History” tab in strategy management — a list of closed strategy notes, from newest to oldest, with pagination. Previously, the management section showed only open positions.
  • Chart for each closed idea — expands when clicked (opening one collapses the previous one), the card moves to the top of the screen, and the price forecast is available on the chart. The tab has its own tool settings, which are saved separately from other screens.
  • Buy and sell volume breakdown — the pressure performance section now includes buy and sell volume columns and a volume-adjusted delta.
  • Kraken trade statistics page — a new /custom-trade-stats page analyzes Kraken trade history in summary and detailed tables with a direction filter and distribution histogram.

Mini Forecast Signal Backtest

The main addition is historical price forecast testing: a backtest window with virtual trades based on forecast signals, their visualization directly on the chart, and live notifications.

What’s new:

  • Forecast signal backtest window — a new “Signal Backtest” toggle in the forecast settings opens a draggable window with a list of virtual trades based on forecast signals: a long opens when the forecast percentage confidently moves positive and reverses into a short when it confidently moves negative. The chart remains active.
  • Backtest summary cards — overall result, number of closed trades, entry thresholds, win rate (overall, long, and short), median profit and loss, and median movement range.
  • Trade table — direction, opening date, trade duration, movement range (maximum upward and downward movement from entry), and final result, from newest to oldest. The open trade is highlighted with a border.
  • Collapse buttons in the window header — collapse the table to the latest four trades or hide the summary section.
  • Backtest trades on the chart — the “Backtest Positions” toggle displays closed trades as long and short zones in a blue-orange palette (visually distinct from your positions), while an open trade is shown with a dashed line. Clicking a zone highlights it and displays the legend. These trades cannot be moved or deleted and are not included in your analytics or saved positions.
  • Virtual trade notifications — when a backtest trade opens or closes on a new bar, a notification appears, with the closing notification colored according to the result.
  • Backtest in the chart modal — both toggles and the backtest window are available directly in the cluster chart modal.
  • Projections on the Kraken statistics page/custom-trade-stats now includes a month-end forecast using the Monte Carlo method, metric performance charts, and details for each coin.

What we improved:

  • Unified thresholds — guide lines on the forecast ribbon now use the same entry thresholds as the confidence score and backtest.
  • More data for calculations — the historical window used for confidence scoring, the ribbon, and the backtest has been doubled.
  • Compact confidence tooltip — only the most important information for each direction remains visible, while detailed information is now available in the backtest window.

What we fixed:

  • Backtest notifications no longer disappear or arrive late — they are now checked against the recalculated result.

Forecast Backtesting Became More Accurate and Stable

Historical forecast testing is now more reliable: trades no longer “jump” when scrolling through the chart, while movement-range metrics are calculated using actual price peaks.

What we improved:

  • The trade list remains stable when scrolling through history — entry signals are now evaluated based on recent market behavior at each bar, so the set of trades remains stable when moving backward through the chart.
  • Movement range based on actual highs and lows — the “Range” column and “Median range” card now account for how far price actually moved up and down within bars, rather than relying only on closing prices.
  • Metric dynamics charts in simulator statistics — the simulator statistics tab now shows how each metric changed from trade to trade, just like the user statistics page.

What we fixed:

  • More accurate forecast confidence calculation — the calculation no longer “looks into the future”, making the confidence figures more reliable.

Notes:

  • At the beginning of the history, the backtest intentionally does not display trades. This is the “warm-up” period while the system gathers enough data to generate signals.

Simulator: Signals from the First Bar and Smooth Playback

A simulator update: the signal backtest is now populated immediately at the start of a session, while step-by-step chart playback runs smoothly even with positions enabled.

What we improved:

  • Signals are visible from the beginning of the session — Aires mode now starts with additional historical data, so the signal backtest is populated immediately instead of gradually catching up during the simulation.
  • Smooth bar-by-bar chart playback — moving to the next bar with the backtest window and positions enabled no longer causes slowdowns.
  • Clear empty backtest state — if there are no signals yet because of the warm-up period, the window displays “Warm-up: N / 450 bars” instead of a generic “no signals yet” message.
  • Metric dynamics charts are more accurate — the line shows the actual metric value for each trade, and its final point now matches the value on the card. The grid has also been refined so it does not interfere with the lines.

New Forecast Tools and Flexible Settings

A major forecast update: new pages for testing a strategy across multiple coins and for live signals, an early-exit slider, and forecast settings synchronization between charts.

What’s new:

  • Forecast testing page for a set of coins — runs the strategy across multiple coins and displays a trade summary, histograms, breakdown by day of the week, signal density, and directional consistency between coins. Everything can be exported.
  • Live signals page — select a coin and timeframe to see the stream of current signals, a market consensus indicator, and the full coin chart with statistics above it.
  • “Early Exit” slider (0–90%) — available in forecast settings across all screens. It allows virtual trades to close earlier without waiting for a complete signal reversal and immediately shows how this affects the result.
  • Forecast settings synchronization between charts — a new checkbox: when enabled, forecast settings from the active chart are applied to all other charts.
  • Forecast and virtual positions on new screens — the forecast is available in the position management card, volume performance rows, and the “Add to portfolio” plan window.
  • “Already in portfolio” indicator — in detailed analysis, the “Add to portfolio” button is marked with a check when the coin has already been added through this strategy.

What we improved:

  • The forecast reaches working mode faster — the warm-up period has been shortened, so signals appear earlier.
  • Presets remember all forecast settings — early exit, synchronization, and window size are now saved and restored together with the preset.

Forecast Became More Accurate, Risk Settings Are Saved to the Account

We found and fixed two hidden issues in the price forecast that could significantly overestimate trend movement. At the same time, risk settings are now stored in the account and remain the same across devices.

What we fixed:

  • The trend forecast no longer overestimates movement — because some trend data could be lost, the system treated any trend as “young” and accumulated significantly overstated price movement. Trend data is now passed completely, allowing the forecast to calculate movement correctly.
  • Forecast history is calculated honestly — forecasts on historical bars no longer “look ahead” at what happened later, making historical values more reliable.

What we improved:

  • Risk settings are saved to the account — default deposit and position risk are now stored in the account, so the amounts remain the same across devices instead of only on the device where they were set.
  • The forecast model was recalibrated using reliable data — forecast accuracy improved after the issues were fixed.
  • Returning to a coin or timeframe no longer produces an outdated forecast — previously, when leaving a coin and returning, some events that occurred while away could be lost, causing the forecast to be calculated with a gap in the history. The history is now fully loaded when returning, and the deviation histogram shows the correct values.
  • The forecast no longer gets stuck on a “frozen” tab — if a computer went to sleep with a tab open or the page became unresponsive, outdated state could previously remain until a reload. These situations are now detected and the data is updated automatically.

The main goal of the July updates is to expand Resonance from a set of analytical tools into a unified workspace for market analysis, trading idea validation, forecasting, practice, and long-term strategy management.
