ALT Market Review - July 3, 2026

Market sales remain prevalent, but their volumes and effectiveness are gradually declining. Against this backdrop, limited demand is strengthening, and the price is entering a consolidation phase, showing signs of market stabilization.
Table of contents
In this market review, we do not attempt to predict the future; our task is to state the facts we have at the current moment. We base our actions on these facts, not on our expectations and hopes.
Market Orders and Limit Orders
Cumulatively, sell orders remain significantly dominant in market orders. This is clearly reflected in the aggregated cumulative delta histogram (red rectangle). However, in recent periods, market sell volumes have begun to gradually decline, indicating a weakening of seller activity. Against this backdrop, the price is gradually beginning to rise, despite the continued cumulative advantage of sell orders. This dynamic indicates a decline in seller effectiveness and a gradual shift in the balance of power.
Meanwhile, buy orders are showing a significant cumulative increase in limit orders (green rectangle). These volumes act as limit support and reflect the presence of strong counter-demand from buyers. This behavior indicates a gradual increase in buying interest near current price levels, where limited liquidity begins to actively absorb incoming market selling.

Change in price per unit volume
The effectiveness of volume has currently shifted in favor of buyers: a smaller volume is required to move the price up compared to a downward pressure. This indicates an increase in the effectiveness of buying activity and a gradual decrease in the effectiveness of market selling.
This change means that buyers are beginning to exert a stronger influence on the price even with smaller volumes. At the same time, sellers require increasingly larger market orders to achieve a similar result, indicating a weakening of the downward momentum.

Balance Index
The Balance Index has shifted toward normal percentile values and currently does not demonstrate a clear advantage for either side.

Price Dynamics
The effectiveness of market sell orders is gradually declining. Although sellers still maintain a cumulative volume advantage, the price no longer responds with a further decline and, instead, begins to gradually rise. This indicates a weakening of selling pressure and an increasing ability of buyers to absorb incoming selling volumes.
At the same time, limit orders are seeing a significant increase in buy volumes, indicating market participants are seeking to establish stable support within the current range. This countervailing liquidity creates favorable conditions for price stabilization and limits further downward movement.
Summary:
According to Charles Dow’s theory, the local structure is in a sideways phase. After a prolonged downward momentum, the market has ceased to demonstrate consistent new lows, and the price is gradually moving toward consolidation.
At the same time, the declining effectiveness of market selling, the strengthening of limit demand, and the increasing effectiveness of buyers indicate a gradual balancing of the balance between the parties. While it is premature to talk about the formation of a new uptrend, the current structure indicates a weakening of seller initiative and the market’s transition to an accumulation phase.
